Possession (plural ending in s)

the students' desks, my parents' house

Contractions

Common mistakes

❌ its vs it's → Its tail (possessive), It's raining (it is)
❌ your vs you're → Your book (possessive), You're welcome (you are)
💡 Never use apostrophes for plurals! (apple's ❌, apples ✅)
