🔀 Conditionals Review: Zero, First, Second, Third, Mixed

Zero Conditional (Facts)

If + present simple, present simple. (If you heat water, it boils.)

First Conditional (Real possibility)

If + present simple, will + base verb. (If it rains, I will stay home.)

Second Conditional (Unreal present/future)

If + past simple, would + base verb. (If I won the lottery, I would travel.)

Third Conditional (Past unreal)

If + past perfect, would have + past participle. (If I had studied, I would have passed.)

Mixed Conditional

If + past perfect, would + base verb. (If I had taken that job, I would be rich now.)
